Sophia Ragan is an Atlanta-based, multi-disciplinary artist who creates introspective narrative works through photography, filmmaking, and movement artistry. Ragan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Entrepreneurship from Georgia State University. Through her lens work, she seeks to document, portray, and platform the people around her in unique and authentic ways that offer opportunity for self-expression– both her subjects’ and her own. She continues to expand her creative endeavors through collaborative work with artists of other disciplines, exploring how visual artistry can blend with performance-based practices such as music, aerial arts, and dance.
